AERIAL YOGA
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and aerial dancing. We use a yoga hammock to help access postures that may not be as easily performed on the mat and with less strain on the body. Not only does aerial yoga have the same benefits as a mat style class, it also helps in decompressing the spine.
This invigorating practice promotes strength, flexibility, and balance in ways you never imagined. It's a great time to fly!
HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga aims to balance the sun (ha) and the moon (tha) represented as the right and left sides of the body. This is achieved by practicing asanas (postures) and pranayam (breath techniques) with awareness. In Hatha yoga, each asana is held for a long time, so the body can get the maximum benefit from each of the postures as well as helping to steady the mind.
Join us in learning lasting techniques for alignment and renewal that will bring greater joy and wellness into your life.
VINYASA YOGA
A Vinyasa yoga practice connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.

Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.

What makes the class wholesome and satisfying is the dance between rest, and challenge. Ease, and strength. Fluid duality.
