Service Description

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and aerial dancing. We use a yoga hammock to help access postures that may not be as easily performed on the mat and with less strain on the body. Not only does aerial yoga have the same benefits as a mat style class, it also helps in decompressing the spine. This invigorating practice promotes strength, flexibility, and balance in ways you never imagined. It's a great time to fly!
